[Press Release] Siam Premier and Freshfields: an exclusive seminar “Hong Kong Listings: Attractive Path to Global and China Liquidity for Thai Companies”

On 15 May 2025, Siam Premier and Freshfields co-hosted an exclusive seminar at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel entitled “Hong Kong Listings: Attractive Path to Global and China Liquidity for Thai Companies”. Distinguished speakers included representatives from HKEX, partners from Freshfields, Siam Premier’s managing partner, Chatchavej Chitvarakorn, and partner, Kanokon Worachanyawong.  

It was an honor to welcome so many highly regarded professionals from a diverse range of industries, including banking and financial institutions, professional services firms, listed companies, Thai conglomerates and multinational companies, to share perspectives and insights on listings on HKEX following the HKEX’s recent announcement of the inclusion of the Stock Exchange of Thailand in its list of Recognized Stock Exchanges.
